Regular maintenance: The new car should change the oil once every 150 hours of operation, and the oil can be released by removing the lower oil plug. Change the lubricating oil every 1,000 working hours or one year thereafter.
If the reducer does not replace the lubricating oil on time, it will cause gear wear and tooth breakage. However, many users do not pay attention, and even find that some of them have not changed the oil or refueled after many years of use, until there is a shutdown failure.
Slewing ring
Bolt pre-tightening schedule: Under normal working conditions, the bolt pre-tightening force should be checked once every 100 hours of operation for a new car. Tight force. Every 7 years or 14,000 working hours, replace the bolts.
Slewing ring lubrication: generally add 3# calcium base grease, lubricate the raceway once every 100 hours of work, when adding grease, the slewing ring must be rotated slowly for at least two weeks.
If the slewing ring is not maintained in time, there will be failures such as inflexible rotation, damaged raceway, elastic deformation, loosening and breaking of mounting bolts.
Hydraulic system
Routine inspection: whether there is any leakage or looseness of all components and pipeline connections, whether there is aging or cracks in the hose, the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, and the oil level of the fuel tank.
Regular maintenance: The new car works for 200 hours, and the hydraulic oil needs to be filtered. After that, it needs to be filtered or changed every 6 months, and the filter element should be replaced at the same time. The hydraulic oil should not be used for more than 24 months. After 24 months, it cannot be used even after filtering; whenever the hydraulic oil is found to be seriously polluted, it should be filtered or replaced in time; different brands of hydraulic oil cannot be mixed. When the seasons change in the north, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil in winter or summer according to the environmental requirements.
The pollution of hydraulic oil will cause many hydraulic components to fail. The service life of the repaired components is short and the failure rate is high, which greatly increases the maintenance cost.
electrical system
Daily inspection: Check whether various instruments, lights, and horns are normal; whether the wiring harness is loose, falling off, or worn; the appearance of the battery, the color of the electric eye, and the tightening state of the terminals.
Regular inspection: Check whether the torque limiter\weighing instrument can work normally, whether the accuracy meets the requirements, whether the height limit device and overload protection device are working normally.
Wire ropes, cables, pulleys
Routine inspection: the tension of the wire rope, whether there are broken wires, loose, twisted, bruised and severely corroded,
The wear of the boom slider and whether the pulley is damaged or stuck.
Regular maintenance: When the user is using the crane, the length of the rope row or cable will change due to the force of the rope row or cable during the operation of the boom. The boom should be checked and adjusted every month. If it is found that the expansion and contraction is not synchronized or there is vibration, it should be adjusted in time, and the operation can only be performed after the phenomenon is eliminated. Otherwise, the rope row or cable will fall and break, causing serious consequences.
The steel wire rope has been coated with enough lubricating oil during manufacture, but the original lubricating oil will be slowly lost and dissipated during use, so the steel wire rope should be lubricated regularly during use to ensure rust prevention and lubrication. Reduce friction and prolong the service life of the wire rope.
The movable pulley on the hook, the fixed pulley at the head of the boom, and the bearing seat of the hoist need to be lubricated through the oil nozzle at regular intervals (every 100 hours of operation).
